An Experienced Team With Deep SSI Domain Expertise
CEO, Bill Meenaghan
Bill brings over 20 years of experience simplifying the trade lifecycle, helping firms streamline post-trade operations with a focus on automating SSIs. He has held senior roles at State Street, DTCC, and Markit, and in 2023 founded SSImple. Bill also serves as a Member of the UK's T+1 Accelerated Settlement Taskforce.
COO, Mark Brooke-Webb
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in FinTech operations and client delivery. Before joining SSImple, he served as COO at Xceptor, a private equity-backed data automation firm supporting tier-one and tier-two clients in capital markets and asset management. Mark has also worked at Fidessa and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Technology Director, Jamie Learmonth
Jamie brings over two decades of technical leadership. He has also been the founder or part of the founding team behind 10+ start-ups from idea to revenue, profit, and/or exit. More recently, Jamie was CTO at FCA regulated FinTech easyMoney.
CCO, Keith Tippell
Keith has over two decades of leadership experience in capital markets and FinTech. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at CLS Group, and has held senior positions at Droit Financial Technologies, SWIFT, and Markit Group (now part of S&P Global).
Head of Sales, Simon McDowell
Simon brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets and FinTech. Before joining SSImple, he served as COO of AITIS, a deep-tech company specialising in AI-driven solutions. Simon has held senior commercial roles at NYSE, ULLINK (Broadridge), Fixnetix (Options IT), Genesis Global, and Taskize (Euroclear).
Senior Product Manager, Janette Cox
Janette brings over 25 years of experience in capital markets and product management, specialising in SSIs. She has held senior roles at DTCC and other leading firms, and before joining SSImple served as Director of Product Management at DTCC ALERT.
